Bhagyashree Ma'am has acted as a catalyst for Madhyashthta. She has helped us to execute all our plans into actions. Ma'am has always supported the students and given us valuable inputs to carry out all our events. She has been a pillar of strength for all of us. Her guidance and support has helped out reach great heights and achieve every success with ease.

Right from teaching us Mediation to giving us a practical example of Mediating with authorities and bringing this cell into existence, ma'am has an eminent role to play. She has been with us since day one and takes care of each one of us. She might look timid, but is the "OG". Apart from being a trained "Kathak" dancer, ma'am knows how to make us dance to her tunes. Her instructions might be strict, but her advises are the best.

Bhuvanesh is one such person who is on the speed dial for all. He has a distinct creative world in his head,where fun and intellect prevail cordially. Bhuvanesh, from the very beginning believes in mediating the way out of any argument and has hence always been dedicated towards ADR. This led to the spark of the idea of opening an ADR cell in the college. He does his work with complete zeal and compassion. Apart from being fabulous, Bhuvanesh is one bigshot with hell lot of contacts. When he works he works, but when he parties he parties even harder. He also enjoys writing and pens down his feelings with immense creativity.

Meet Aakriti- the most enthusiastic and loving member of Madhyasthta. A smile on her face and her heart on her sleeve, even opponents turn to friends in a jiffy. Be it a party or a meeting, nothing can be boring in her presence. Even though she loves the fantasy world of books and movies a little too much, she's as real as they get. Tenacious, diligent and most importantly honest, it's a pleasure to work with this lovely muggle. With the strong belief that settlement is the best policy, she wishes to persue a career in ADR itself.

Charu, like her name is short and sweet. She has been in the cell through its inception and through her hard work earned her position in college. Charu is like a "one woman army" who handles everything with ease. She does crowd control like she does it everyday. She might be the best negotiator in room, but would not negotiate with the quality of work the cell requires.
Kanishk Raj, Training Committee, Madhyasthta
Meet Kanishk Raj the racer and an F1 lover. Collector of all the resources and the potential manager of the events in the ADR cell. Wants to enter Litigation with the same enthusiasm and dedication. He believes in spreading smile and living life to the fullest. He is fond of travelling and a food connoisseur. Kanishk is also one who keeps smiling at all odds and shoos away problem in his own epic way.

Meet our website designer/handler, Shweta. Her forte is to ease out any situation that comes her way. She is approachable and an amazing individual to work with. She is professional and amicable. When she chooses to accomplish something, she'll effectively get that going.
Tanmay Shrivastava, Website Team, Madhyasthta
Tanmay is an all rounder to be specific. One can find him in a corner humming his tunes and sending mails, scrolling papers and updating ma'am with everything. Tanmay has worked with great zeal and enthusiasm in the cell and has devoted his time diligently in making things happen. He is literally one call away from everyone. However, Tanmay is not this generous and kind while screening papers and blogs.

Bhumi joined the cell as a member at the inception of the cell. Through inclination towards the subject of Alternative Dispute Resolution, she found her way into the core of the cell. One can find her either at the registration desks or mediating her way out through general communications. She acts like a monitor and keeps track of all the competitions and keeps the website updated. Apart from keeping her arguments on point, she likes to dress up on point.

Meet Abhi , he has been a part of this cell since few weeks but has become maam's favourite in this little span of time. More popularly known as X2, he is ready to help everyone anytime. He has an inclination towards the subject of ADR and believes in real life "madhyasthta". A sports lover, traveller but above all, ma'ams favourite.

The only girl in our cell, who has pulled off innumerable amounts of scoldings. This arbitration enthusiast has come together with Madhyasthta and has ever since never turned back. She has worked her way out and has apologised innumerably to almost everyone. Her regular verbal combats with Bhuvanesh and ma'am acting the mediator between them is regular thing at Madhyasthta. Apart from all this, Shambhavi is an excellent orator and makes sure every one listens while she speaks.

Meet our not so nonchalant person Surya, a green day and an NBA fan for life. He has worked with Madhyasthta and is a part of it from the past month. He is aptly named Surya, his work gleams like the rays of the sun. One can find him getting things done with a poker face and throwing out his crazy one liners. But the poker face is just for us, for all our guests he is all smiles. He has the perfect proportion of calmness and anger. Calm enough for Shivangi Ma'ams anxiety and stern enough for the volunteers.
Muskan Rani, Events Incharge, Madhyasthta
Muskan is one of those people who is open to everyone's perception and molds herself accordingly. She can be found in one of the corners working silently. Muskan might be silent at the work desk, but shouts at the top of her voice when it comes to field work. She is a silent spectator of the cell. At times she might be confused, but she works hard on that too. Muskan aspires to be server to the society at large.

Shanu is a girl of calm persona, forever ready to help. Her personality defines her as she has the ability to create a balance in this crazy hectic pace of life. Most of the times seen on stage snatching momentos and bouquets from our guests. She keeps herself strong by believing that "failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough".

Shatakshi has been a part of the Madhyasthta since a month and has worked diligently for the cell. Her favorite part of Madhyasthta is that it's a platform where one can enhance their working skills and increase their confidence with making new friends. One can spot her with ease from her pretty smile. She may look shy, but presents herself with utmost class and elegance. A dog lover, an avid reader and a girl full of life.

Ever since Tanmay has been in Madhyasthta, he has been working passionately. He believes in working hard and being consistent in whatever he does. Tanmay carries out his research work with immense accuracy and has been improving with time. Tanmay's hard work is very evident from the fact that he injured himself as soon a month passed by since he joined Madhyasthta. Tanmay is a sports lover, a diligent researcher full of zeal to work.
