Delhi ADR Summit 2019

Indian Mediation Week organised an ADR Summit which is also a recognised event by ministery of law and justice, Government of India. The theme of the summit was " Promoting ADR and Technology in Government Dispute". The keynote speakers were Mr. Sunil Chauhan, director at National Legal Service Authority (NALSA) , and Mr. Sanjeev Ahuja

Associate Member of CIArb. UK and is on panel of Indian Arbitration Institutes of Repute.

The main aim of this program was to resolve dispute outside the court in order to reduce cost as well as time.

The program helped me learn about the use of ADR and technology in justice delivery system. The program also offered the post of case manager and made us understand functioning of the entire case management via Mediation.
