One Day Seminar On Sports Arbitration

A one day seminar was organised by the team of Madhyasthta for the students of New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. The seminar explored the novel field of Arbitration in Sports Law. The Seminar was conducted by Ms. Lovely Dasgupta, Faculty Member at West Bengal National University of Juridical Science, Kolkata; also an expert on Sports Law.

Ms. Dasgupta through this seminar, stressed on the importance of Arbitration in Sports and how sports arbitration would help in opening up new avenues for budding lawyers. She also gave a heads up to the students on how to take up this new field of law nationally as well as internationally. The seminar was wrapped up with an open discussion with the students on this topic.
